Chartered Civil Engineer
Senior / Associate Level 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Associate Civil Engineer based in our Leeds office.

As a Senior Civil Engineer you will be responsible for the management and technical output of our civils projects working on multi-disciplinary projects.
You will lead with the provision of proposals, project planning, management of project resources, design and detailing whilst meeting with our clients and design teams through the various stages of a project. This role will develop as you, the team and the Company develop.

We require a visible and participative technical leader who wants to develop themselves, the immmediate Civils team and in time the business, taking responsibility to progress projects for the benefit of our clients.

You should be able to work confidently within the field of Civil Engineering carrying out design to highways, drainage and external works and meeting up with the construction team during the course of the project.

Graduate Civil Engineer
(with min 3+yrs)

As an experienced Graduate Civil Engineer at Dudleys we can offer you a broad variety of projects to help you develop to Chartered status, with responsibility and opportunity to lead projects for our clients.

We will assist you to becoming Chartered through our approved ICE Graduate Training Programme.
We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering
  • Three years or more of experience
  • Stong numerical and analytical skills
  • Microdrainage and Civils3D experience
  • Enthusiasm for a career in a Consultancy
  • Aptitude to work on your own initiative 
  • Work well within a team to provide innovative solutions
  • Confident to attend site and design team meetings.
